YEJ2系列電磁制動電動機是YEJ系列的改進產品，符合國家標準JB/T6456 2010要求，電氣性能滿足YE2系列電機技術標準。

該系列制動電動機是在電機非拖動軸端裝有電磁制動器，當電機失電時，電磁制動器的制動盤自動與電機后蓋壓合，產生摩擦制動力柜，使電機停轉，空載制動時間隨機座號由小到大，為0.15~ 0.45S.制動器電源必須拖動電機。電源同步進行。YEJ2 系列電機廣泛應用于機械加工機床和輸送機械及包裝、杠食品、化工、紡織、建筑、商店、卷門等機械作為驅動力。
