YBBP系列隔爆型變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)適用于煤礦井下（非采掘工作面）及工廠含有爆炸性氣體混合物的作業(yè)場(chǎng)所作電力拖動(dòng)用，電動(dòng)機(jī)與變頻裝置相配套，具有調(diào)速性能好、節(jié)能、溫升裕度大、壽命長、性能好、噪音低、隔爆結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)、可靠性高、使用維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，通過改變頻率而調(diào)速，電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速范圍廣，在開環(huán)U/f控制的條件下，3～50Hz恒轉(zhuǎn)矩調(diào)速，50～100Hz為恒功率調(diào)速，在矢量控制的條件下，調(diào)速范圍還可以擴(kuò)大，過載能力強(qiáng)，能夠承受額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的160%過載，歷時(shí)1min。 YBBP 變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)用于輕工、紡織、化工、石油、冶金、機(jī)床、水泵等行業(yè)。YBBP系列電動(dòng)機(jī)電氣性后部增加獨(dú)立冷動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)，YBBP系列隔爆型變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝尺寸與YB2系列電動(dòng)機(jī)相同。 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB3836.1《爆炸性環(huán)境 第1部分：設(shè)備 通用要求》和GB3836.2《爆炸性環(huán)境 第2部分：由隔爆外殼“d”保護(hù)的設(shè)備 》的規(guī)定。電氣性能符合JB/T 11201.1-2011《隔爆型變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)條件 第1部分：YBBP系列隔爆型變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)（機(jī)座號(hào)80～355）》的規(guī)定。 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)功率等級(jí)和安裝尺寸符合國際電工委員會(huì)（IEC）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
